ડોebrૂ/દોવડૂ એક પરંપરાગત વાયુ વાદ્ય યંત્ર છે જેને દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતના ચૌધરી સમુદાય દ્વારા મોટી શ્રદ્ધાથી વગાડવામાં આવે છે. તેને મુખ્યત્વે લાકડું અથવા બાંસથી બનાવવામાં આવે છે, જે એક ખોખલી નળીના રૂપમાં તૈયાર કરવામાં આવે છે જેથી હવા ના પ્રવાહથી સાફ અને મધુર ધ્વનિ ઉત્પન્ન થઈ શકે. તેના નિર્માણમાં આ બાબતનો વિશેષ ધ્યાન રાખવામાં આવે છે કે તે મજબૂત અને ગૂંજદાર હોય, જેથી તેના સૂર દૂર સુધી ફેલાઈ શકે. ડોebrૂ/ દોવડૂ ની અવાજ તીવ્ર અને જીવંત હોય છે, જેમાં એક રીડ જેવી મીઠાશ હોય છે, જે પરંપરાગત નૃત્યો અને સમારોહોમાં ચાર ચાંદ લગાવે છે. આ વાદ્ય યંત્ર ન માત્ર સંગીતના માધ્યમથી સમુદાયિક સમરસતા નું પ્રતીક છે, પરંતુ ચૌધરી સમુદાયની સાંસ્કૃતિક ઓળખ અને વારસાને પણ જીવંત રાખે છે.
