Returns & Refund Policy
At Boiling Lines, all products are made to order. Each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
Since all products are custom-made, returned items cannot be resold.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible because products are custom-made.
