1. About Our Products

Boiling Lines operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. Products are printed and manufactured only after an order is successfully placed.

As products are made specifically for each customer, production begins after order confirmation.

2. Order Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

3. Production & Shipping Time

Since products are custom-made after ordering:

Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping usually takes 3–8 business days depending on the delivery location.
During festivals, sales, public holidays, weather disruptions, or courier delays, delivery may take longer.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and should be considered approximate.

4. Product Appearance

Actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.

Minor variations in print placement, color, and sizing are considered normal for custom-printed products.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, graphics, content, and branding displayed on Boiling Lines are the property of Boiling Lines and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Boiling Lines shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by courier partners
Incorrect addresses provided by customers
Losses arising from misuse of products
Events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or government restrictions
