As a Print-on-Demand (POD) brand, every product is printed and prepared specifically after your order is placed. Because of this, delivery may take longer than standard ready-stock products.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Production begins after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of order placement.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Festivals and public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Operational or technical issues beyond our control

Boiling Lines is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

To receive order tracking updates, customers must provide a valid email address during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Boiling Lines is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order details.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
